Modify The Thank You Message That Appears On Your Confirmation Pages

You can add or remove predefined fields from your action forms (Contribute, Volunteer & Subscribe)  using the CRMAPI control panel.

  1. Click the control panel wrench on the lower left corner of your screen:
  2. Click on the Dashboard tab:
  3. Expand the Site Configuration tab:
  4. Click the CRM API tab:
  5. Click the Fields tab:
  6. On the CRMAPI Fields page you will see expandable regions for each of the action components on your website:
    1. Email Signup
    2. Contribute
    3. Volunteer
  7. Expand the region for the action you wish to modify.
  8. Scroll to the very bottom below all of the fields displayed and you will see a text area titled “Thank You Message”. Modify the language in this field to your preferences and press Save Field when complete.
